Meals Included with Foray Registration

Usually an informal potluck is scheduled in the evening for you to socialize with friends and welcome new attendees.
Bring your favorite dish to share with others.  Not a cook? Prepared foods are fine, as are plates, cups, napkins, or plasticware.
You are welcome to explore local restaurants as well.

Foray fee does not cover Sunday breakfast.

Alcohol policy
The Sagebrush Inn & Suites does not allow BYOB alcohol outside of the hotel room (this includes the common areas where we will have mushroom displays and lectures).  The hotel does have a lounge/bar and will provide a dry bar during dinner for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

Dietary Needs
Many dietary needs can be accommodated.  See the registration form to specify your needs for Vegetarian, Gluten-free, etc.

The Foray is always in need of volunteers!  Remember, the NMMS is a volunteer organization and your help makes the Foray more enjoyable for everyone.  Please consider how you can help.  Your help is always greatly appreciated!

Alternate Accommodations

If the Sagebrush Inn & Suites is not your style, the Hampton Inn is within walking distance.  The Taos Valley RV Park is within a half mile.  Public campgrounds can be found along U.S. Hwy 64 east of town and are within 15-20 minutes driving distance from the Sagebrush.  Check to see if the public campgrounds are open and take reservations.
