Monsoon season in the Sacramento Mountains should be filled with a plethora of fungi and fun!
We'll have three days of forays, workshops, lectures and classes, as well as a BBQ dinner on Friday - All for the low price of $120 per adult and $20 for children under 15 (the price of a kids meal at the dinner on Friday).

ALAN ROCKEFELLER mycologist, public speaker, biohacker and photographer who lives in Oakland, CA
In 2001, Alan began his studies in the field of mycology, beginning with the fungi of California. Through phylogenetic and microscopic analysis, he has identified several species not described in the scientific literature. Alan regularly identifies mushrooms for several fungus fairs in Mexico and the USA in addition to identifying fungi on websites such as Mushroom Observer, iNaturalist and Facebook.
MANDIE QUARK passionate researcher and science communicator specializing in fungal diversity
Mandie Quark is an American molecular biologist and mycologist. She currently serves as communications director for the California Fungal Diversity Survey. She specializes in DNA barcoding of new and recognized species of fungi in California and the western hemisphere.
JOEY SANTORE botanist, American amateur naturalist
Sometimes referred to as a punk rock botanist, Joey Santore has built his public persona on his colorful language, interesting life story, and unwavering passion for native plants. His website is entitled "Crime Pays But Botany Doesn't."
