This Year's GUEST MYCOLOGISTS

ALAN ROCKEFELLER
mycologist, public speaker, biohacker and photographer who lives in Oakland, CA

In 2001, Alan began his studies in the field of mycology, beginning with the fungi of California. Through phylogenetic and microscopic analysis, he has identified several species not described in the scientific literature. Alan regularly identifies mushrooms for several fungus fairs in Mexico and the USA in addition to identifying fungi on websites such as Mushroom Observer, iNaturalist and Facebook.

Larry Evans - 2018 Telluride Mushroom Festival

LARRY EVANS
well known mushroom guru and star of the documentary "Know Your Mushrooms"

Larry took a mycology class from OK Miller in 1977 and has spent the 40+ years since learning and teaching about fungi.
